How are your shirts printed?

All shirts are printed using state of the art digital direct to garment printers. These specialty printers work much differently than screen printing presses– they use digital files instead of screens and print shirt designs like an ink jet printer would. Fifth Sun takes pride being an innovator and experienced company with new t shirt printing technology.

What kind of shirts do you print on?

Fifth Sun prints on premium T-Shirts made of 100% combed ring spun cotton, unless otherwise noted. You can often find the fabric content for each individual item within the item's product description. If you cannot, please reach out to our customer service team to learn more.

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts are slightly fitted, which means a little tighter around the waist than the standard everyday T-Shirt. ­­Please refer to the sizing charts available on the product page for details. For more help, you can always contact

How should I wash my shirts? Will they shrink?

As with all cotton products, you can expect our shirts to shrink a small amount during the washing process. To reduce shrinking, you may wash your T-shirt in cold or warm water. Hot water will shrink the t shirts the most, but on average our 100% cotton T-shirts will shrink approximated 3-5% in both the width and height of the garment after being washed for the first time. Youth tees are pre-shrunk.

Shipping, Tracking, & Returns

Do you ship outside the U.S? only ships to the U.S. at the present time.

How soon after I make a purchase will you ship my order? has developed a sophisticated system that allows us to print and process your graphic tee on demand which takes about 3-5 business days (during our peak season, shirts can take the full 10 day processing time). After the 3-10 processing days, the time it takes your package to reach you will depend on which shipping method you choose.

Which Shipping Method Should I Choose?

We have several shipping options to choose from. First-Class Package Service generally takes 2-5 business days, in transit, and USPS Priority Mail generally takes 1-3 business days. Federal Express 2 Day Delivery takes 2 business days in transit and Standard Overnight will arrive the next business day. FedEx services are only guaranteed delivery Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind that you will need to consider processing time (3-10 business days) in addition to shipping time (especially during the holidays). Fed Ex 2 Day & Fed Ex Overnight are not available for PO boxes.

Can I track my order?

All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is included in the email that you should have received upon the shipment of your order. You can also find tracking information for your order by logging in at and clicking “My Orders” on the left hand side of your screen.

Can I make an exchange or return an item?

If you are unhappy with your T-shirt for any reason, can accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be accepted for a full 30 days following receipt of your goods.

All returned or exchanged product must be in the original condition in which it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item shows up in less than perfect condition, please let us know right away. You can reach out to our Customer Service email with a description of the issue, as well as, a photo of the faulty item (with the issue & part of the design in the same picture). This allows our Customer Service team to relay the information to our Quality Assurance Department and help you in a more timely manner.

When will I receive a refund for a returned product?

Returns generally take 5-7 business days to be processed after they are delivered back to us. Once we issue your refund it may take your bank 3-5 business days to process the transaction.
